Taiwan Tourist Visa

A valid passport which expires in no less than 12 month after expiry of the intended date of departure.

One photo with matt or semi matt finish,(size 35mm x 45mm) must be taken in last 6 month and it should be on white background.

a. No Objection Letter” headed letter form office in official letter pad.

b. Office ID card copy or Visiting card (3 copies).

Covering Letter from applicant including Name, Designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Taipei Economic and Cultural Center, New Delhi, India. Visa Category must be mentioned in the subject line.

Invitation Letter from Taiwan inviting Company / Person's giving his contact details on its letter head (if company) and stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay and showing responsibility for your accommodation and maintenance costs during your stay.

a. Personal Bank Solvency and Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly.

b. Salary slip for the last six months.

A copy of the round trip confirmed air ticket and Hotel Booking are needed.

Completed “Letter of Guarantee for Visa Application” from to your inviter in Taiwan, You need to email the form to your inviter and ask them to fill the form, sign and attached with the inviter’s ID copy and the Taiwan’s company/ organization’s registration.
