For Bangladeshi passport holders
The Standard Business visa is only granted for Business purposes. The validity of a Business visa is three months starting from the issue date. The Business visa is a single-entry visa, and the maximum duration of stay in Taiwan is 30 days, which cannot be extended and converted to other types of visas.
Visitors under Business visa are not allowed to accept any unauthorized employment, or attend school, or represent the foreign information media during their stay in Taiwan.
Applicant needs to submit for Taiwan Sticker Visa through the embassy of Taiwan which is located in India with required Authentic / Valid Documents.
Once approved by the Immigration Department of Taiwan, it will be received by the applicant from the embassy.

A valid passport which expires in no less than 12 month after expiry of the intended date of departure.
One photo with matt or semi matt finish,(size 35mm x 45mm) must be taken in last 6 month and it should be on white background.
a. Company’s or Personal Bank Solvency and Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly.
b. Salary slip for the last six months. (If Any)
Completed “Letter of Guarantee for Visa Application” from to your inviter in Taiwan, You need to email the form to your inviter and ask them to fill the form, sign and attached with the inviter’s ID copy and the Taiwan’s company/ organization’s registration.
a. Company’s or Personal Bank Solvency and Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly.
b. Salary slip for the last six months. (If Any)
1. Forwarding-Letter: A letter from the office such a NOC/LOI letter on the organization’s letter-head pad stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, duration of visit, sponsorship status etc. Addressing “The Visa Officer Taipei Economic and Cultural Center, New Delhi, India”.
2. “No Objection Letter” headed letter form office in official letter pad
3. Trade license/Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum
4. Office ID card copy/Visiting card (3 copies).
Invitation Letter from Taiwan inviting Company / Person's giving his contact details on its letter head (if company) and stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay and showing responsibility for your accommodation and maintenance costs during your stay.
Covering Letter from applicant including Name, Designation, Passport Number, purpose and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. Addressed to The Visa Officer, Taipei Economic and Cultural Center, New Delhi, India. Visa Category must be mentioned in the subject line.

1. Original “Letter of Guarantee for Visa Application to the Republic of China”, the letter of guarantee would require an official stamp from the company of the guarantor; if the guarantor is not the owner/representative of said company, then a letter of authorization is required for the person submitting the “letter of guarantee”.
2. Letter of explanation (Explanation of how the guarantee and the guarantor met, as well as any proof of communication and the guarantee’s itinerary while in the R.O.C).
3. A copy of the guarantee's passport.
4. Proof of commercial business exchange (Invoice(s), import/export documents, shipping orders…etc).
5. Business registration of the company in the R.O.C, or the amendment of business registration document from the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
6. Notice of Audit is to be submitted along with the letter of guarantee.
7. Other relevant documents may be required during processing.( Proof of employment from the guarantee).
8. Cable Fee: NT$50- one page per telegraph limit. ( Each extra page or extra attached file will be charged with a cable fee.)
